Gingivoplasty
Manipulation of gingival tissues
Surgeries that improve the area of pink aesthetics, in patients who have excess gingival tissue covering the crown of the tooth, preventing total exposure of the crown that can cause tissue inflammation due to cause of difficulty in cleaning when the tooth is very little exposed. They also serve to level the height of the gingiva, and also to cover areas of gingival recession where aesthetics are compromised.
